DYLAN MARANDA


Dylan Maranda was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada. After growing up acting in traveling theatre troups from the age of 9, his passion for performance took him behind the camera, attending the Simon Fraser University SCA Film program for film direction. At 21 he became one of the youngest commercially reprisented directors in Canada. 

He has garnered acknowledgment from the Cannes Lions, Strategy News, Booooooom, Whistler Film Festival, Applied Arts Magazine, SAD Magazine, OD Magazine and the Vancouver Short Film Festival. He is continuing his practice as a filmmaker through scripted narrative work and as a photographer through photographic publications.

RYAN MAH


Ryan Mah is a filmmaker based in Vancouver, Canada. A founding member of award winning production company Black Rhino Creative,  he has 10 years of extensive background experience in documentary productions that have screened on CBC, AMI TV, Telus Optik, Air Canada and SBS Australia.


He thrives on building relationships both on and off camera sharing his expertise in filmmaking by sitting on the National Screen Institute as a mentor and as a moderator for Telus Storyhive.

DANNY BERISH


Danny Berish is an award winning director.  Over the last 20 years, he has created content for broadcasters such as AMI CBC Gem, YTV, Discovery Channel, IFC and CTV.


Danny's recent achievements include a six- part unscripted food and travel series entitled 'Red Chef Revival', The series premiered at a special event screening at Hot Docs, and  earned him a Leo Award for Best Direction. The series also received a 2020 Golden Sheaf Award and the 2019 Best Doc Series of the year, by Doc Weekly.
